Saffron is internationally classified under ISO 3632 based on
colour strength, bitterness, aroma, and moisture content. We supply Category I grade, with parameter details and batch reference values available on our Premium Saffron section.
Batch Verification Protocol
Each batch undergoes:
- Independent laboratory testing by Eurofins EU (ISO 3632-2)
- Moisture verification
- Internal batch control review
- Release approval prior to distribution
Batch values are documented per lot and linked to import traceability.
