Responsibility and Insurance
Due to the nature of saffron as a food product, all sales are final. However, if there is anything demonstrably wrong with the product upon delivery, such as damage, contamination, or an incorrect shipment, we take full responsibility.
All shipments are fully insured for 110% of the economic value.
In the event of transport-related damage or verified non-conformity, this insurance enables us to resolve the situation promptly and fairly.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase
