Based on ISO 3632 testing, the global benchmark for saffron quality. Each batch is analyzed for crocin (colour), picrocrocin (taste), and safranal (aroma), ensuring purity, potency, and consistency.
We transparently share our lab results with our clients, including independent reference testing by SAI Chimie (France) to ensure conformity with our minimum standards. Independent laboratory testing per batch strongly recommended and available on request.
